It is often difficult to visualize the end result when building a new construction home. Going from a few wood posts to your dream home in months is hard to imagine. These inspirational photos demonstrate how projects from our new construction homes have transformed over time.
House Structure
Pictured on the left are the bare bones of a new construction home. The foundation has been poured and the frame of the home has been built. The right photo shows what this home will look like when finished. This new build is a modern farmhouse style with a board and batten exterior. To contrast the vertically laid board and batten siding, shiplap lines the inner porch area of the home, giving this home a modern farmhouse look.

New Build Kitchen
The photos below show the drastic transformation of the kitchen in this home. Located in Scituate, Massachusetts, the kitchen gives off a coastal and airy vibe. The light flooring, white cabinets, backsplash, and silver hardware bring a fresh look to the kitchen. Additionally, the white cabinets and grey island create contrast in the room, bringing out the luxurious and modern style of this home.

Here is a bathroom shower transformation in one of our new builds. This bathroom has extreme detail. The brass fixtures and long marble tiles give this bathroom a charming modern feel. The shower floor has a beautiful scale pattern that carries through into the two shelves on the shower wall. Talk about a dream bathroom!
Here is another new construction bathroom transformation. This bathroom is gorgeously grand. The silver fixtures paired with the white cabinets and white freestanding tub creates a light and coastal look. There is plenty of counter space and storage as well, making this bathroom extremely practical.

There are many different options for flooring and each choice can make your home look completely different. This new build has lighter wood floors which opens up and brightens the room. The white marble fireplace compliments the light wooden floors. Additionally, the light from the windows highlights the floors, opening up the whole room, and creating the perfect living space.
Entry Way and Doors
The entry way is the first thing guests see when they walk into your home. That's why having a beautiful entrance to your new home is always necessary! These photos show the entry way to this new construction home. The grand staircase leading upstairs brings a sophisticated touch to this home. Also, the large circular window to the right of the door brings in light and is a great design feature.
